During the summer months our one and two bedroom cottages are booked weekly either Friday – Friday or Saturday – Saturday depending on which cottage you choose. Studio cottage layouts will have a 3 night minimum in high season. For overnight night camping or glamping tents reservations require a two -three night minimum. See our rates page for more details.

Cottage and Glamping Tent check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. Camp site check in time is 1 pm and check out time is 11 am. All guests must check in prior to 9 pm.

All cottages (with the exception of the glamping trailer) have a two piece washroom and outdoor showers. They do not have indoor shower facilities. The glamping trailer has a three piece washroom but no outdoor shower.

7 of our 8 cottages are right on the water with unobstructed views of West Lake.

Yes each cottage has their own firepit and we also offer a larger communal fire pit.

We sell firewood on location. We also offer ice and a small tuck shop.

We provide all linen and bedding.

We have done our best to make sure kitchens have absolutely anything you need for your stay. If you can’t find it just ask and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

We welcome pets but we do charge a $50.00 pet cleaning fee per stay.

We have a park and beach that the kids have been having a great time in. They are close enough to any cottage you can hear your child’s voice. There is room to bike on the roads inside the campground. Some pretty fantastic fish have been caught right off the dock. We also offer kayak, canoe and paddlebaord rentals.

We have two potable water taps outside the communal washroom. There is also a dishwashing station and secured electronics charging lockers.

There is one shower on each side of the washroom. New for 2021 we will have two additional outdoor showers.
 
The implementation of a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) allows municipalities across Ontario to apply a mandatory rate on accommodations.  Prince Edward County’s MAT is 4% and came into effect on Feb 1st, 2021.   MAT is applied to Glamping Cottage nightly or weekly rates and is HST applicable. It is not applied to other fees such as parking, dog cleaning fee, boat rentals or launch. For more information go to the link below.
